2012 Caribbean Championship

The SAISA Caribbean Championship and Mallory District Qualifier was held January 20, 2012 at the St. Thomas Yacht Club. St. Croix Country Day School and St. Thomas's Antilles School each fielded an A and B division team. Five races in each division were held in 15 knot winds out of the northeast. The host club provided 420s, which were sailed on windward-leeward courses in a round robin format.

Both Antilles teams sailed well, winning their respective divisions, and the Caribbean High School Championship.

Thanks to PRO Bill Canfield, event organizer Shep Barrows, and the parents and staff of the St. Thomas Yacht Club, who all pulled together for a smoothly run regatta.
